I found RA fitness after a negative experience with a personal trainer at the gym. As someone who was completely new to fitness I had no idea where to start and wanted guidance. Jordan genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see them improve and learn both physically and mentally. He always encourages self learning and provides you with the knowledge you need to form your own opinions. He greatly improved my body awareness so I can more easily correct my form when on my own. He personalizes and changes each workout to how you are feeling that day(if you are sore or stiff somewhere), not just following pre-written plans. You can see his genuine enthusiasm for fitness as he is always learning and studying. My results are not just physical but also mental. I have learned so much about fitness, nutrition, and building healthy lifelong habits.
